As a registered nurse (RN) in an aesthetic medical centre, your responsibilities may include the following:
- **1. Conducting patient assessments**: You will be responsible for evaluating the health status of patients seeking aesthetic treatments, reviewing medical histories, and identifying potential risks or contraindications.
- **2. Providing patient education**: You must explain treatment options, potential side effects, and aftercare instructions to patients.
- **3. Performing treatments**: You may perform laser therapy, injectables, chemical peels, and other cosmetic procedures.
- **4. Assisting physicians**: You may work alongside physicians during procedures, preparing equipment, and administering medications.

Monitoring patients**: You will monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
- **6. Documenting patient information**: You must maintain accurate medical records, document patient progress, and update treatment plans as necessary.
Required work experience, skills, or education may vary depending on the employer but typically include the following:
- **1. Registered Nurse license**: You must hold a current RN license in the state where you practice.
- **2. Aesthetic experience**: Some employers may require experience in an aesthetic or cosmetic setting.
