Female Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a full-time front desk receptionist.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome customer as soon as they arrive.
- Direct the customers.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.
- Assist staff with daily operations.

**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software






- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, phone intercom)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree
