Responsible for the overall performance, management, and growth of multiple salon locations within a designated area. They provide leadership, guidance, and support to salon supervisor and staff to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and the achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple salon locations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to meet the salon's operational needs.
- Maintain cleanliness in adherence to brand standards. **Provide ongoing coaching, guidance,





and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled and motivated team. ** Address personnel issues, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and client satisfaction across all salons.
- Address client concerns or complaints, ensuring they are resolved effectively and promptly. **Implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience.**:

- Set sales and performance targets for each salon location and monitor progress. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular quality audits to maintain high service standards. **Prepare and manage budgets for each salon location.**:

- Control expenses, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of salon locations.
- Share key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in salon or spa management,





with a strong understanding of salon operations. **Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. ** Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. **Strong business acumen and financial management skills. ** Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

**Salary**: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
