They greet customers, answer phones, receive and deliver mail, and assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies.Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

WITH EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL OR RESDENTIAL APARTMENT
