We are looking for a competent Customer Service Representative who can overseeing and assist in daily operations and help with customer issues. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, homeowners, and prospective buyers. You will serve as a liaison between customers and various departments within the company, ensuring that all inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Your role will involve maintaining positive relationships with customers, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for all leads through texting and calling according to predefined processes.
- Learn and utilize scripts that help determine key information like the lead’s home buying time frame, desired location, price point, interest in real estate etc.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, interactions, and transactions in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Ensure proper documentation of customer inquiries, issues, resolutions, and feedback.
- Ensure customer retention and increase the customer base.
- Strive to achieve all measured goals which are focused on conversation quality, quantity, and conversion.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall team goals.
- Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Knowledge of real estate processes, terminology, and regulations is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Professional and empathetic demeanour when interacting with customers.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic industry.
**Experience**:
- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Real Estate: 2 years (preferred)
