**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients
Provide information about aesthetic services offered
Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the value of the services
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Keep accurate records of interactions and sales transactions
**Requirements**:
Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or beauty industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Fluency in English and Arabic language
Client Interaction:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about cosmetic treatments, procedures, and pricing.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate and helpful responses.
Appointment Scheduling:
Assist clients in scheduling appointments for laser treatments, consultations, and follow-up sessions.
Manage the clinic's schedule efficiently.
Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as necessary.
Product and Treatment Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest laser cosmetic treatments, technologies, and products offered by the clinic.
Communicate effectively with clients about pre and post-treatment care instructions.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the clinic's database.
Document client interactions, treatment details, and any pertinent information.
Collaboration with Clinic Staff:
Coordinate with laser technicians, clinicians,
and administrative staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
Communicate client feedback and concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling client information.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures related to laser treatments.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities for upselling additional treatments or skincare products.
Inform clients about promotions, packages, and special offers.
Training and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in laser technology, and relevant cosmetic procedures.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role in aesthetic field.
Familiarity with cosmetic treatments and skincare products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using computer systems and database management.
Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
