Front Desk Receptionist Must Have 3-4 Yrs UAE

**URGENT LOOKING RECEPTION**

**WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDAITELY**
- Have minimum 4 yrs UAE experiences in Fit Out/Construction field.
- Handling telephone inquiries, recording messages from incoming calls and transferring calls.
- Send messages and call clients to remind membership expiration.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning, preparing site plan daily schedule.
- Monitoring and handling Driver/labour schedule and projects requirements daily report.
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing post and ensure it is logged accordingly.
- Complete lead management from generating the lead to measuring/analyzing performance of the leads whilst being dealt with the sales team.






- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English language.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
