Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients interested in purchasing luxury yachts.
- Proactively seek new leads through networking, industry events, and other channels.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
- Showcase yachts to clients, emphasizing key features and benefits with fluency in multiple languages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close high-value sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships.
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Yacht Sales Executive with a successful track record in selling luxury yachts.
- Fluent in multiple languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the yacht industry, including various types of yachts, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel and attend international industry events as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
