**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients interested in yacht purchases.
- Actively seek and develop new leads through networking, events, and industry connections.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Showcase and present yachts to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide after-sales support and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Yacht Sales Executive with a successful track record in selling luxury yachts.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- In-depth knowledge of the yacht industry, including various types of yachts, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
