**Job Title: Admin & Customer Service Executive For A Car Rental Company**
**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our car rental services, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability. As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage various aspects, including driver scheduling, customer service, vehicle maintenance and coordination with external partners.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Driver Scheduling and Operations**:
- Manage and organize driver schedules efficiently.
- Oversee the operation of chauffeur services.
**Customer Service**:
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure timely and effective follow-ups for car returns and replacements.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and work towards resolution.
- Request Google reviews from customers to enhance the company's online presence.
**Payment Collections and Financial Management**:
- Arrange and follow up on all payment collections.
- Handle security deposit refunds, including sending invoices, pre-authorization slips and collecting bank details.
**Fleet Management**:
- Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of the rental vehicle fleet.
- Track vehicle availability, returns and maintenance schedules.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist in administrative tasks.
- Organize car services and communicate with the service team.
**Dispute Resolution and Operational Efficiency**:
- Resolve disputes and issues related to vehicle rentals promptly.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Rent A Car: 2 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE DRIVING LICENSE (preferred)
