Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods in adherence to established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in developing new pastry items and innovative recipes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior pastry chefs and commis, ensuring a smooth workflow within the pastry section.
- Ensure efficient stock control, ordering, and inventory management for pastry ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and culinary team to plan menus, special events,





and special orders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques, incorporating new methods and ingredients to enhance pastry offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience (5 years) working as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume, upscale establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of pastry and baking techniques, with a strong understanding of flavor profiles and presentation.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and train junior staff members.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional pastry experiences.
- Certification from a culinary institute or relevant education in pastry arts is preferred.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
