Ontime Group is urgently seeking an Immediate Joiner Receptionist with a welcoming demeanor and strong communication skills, specifically from Indian or Pakistani backgrounds. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering excellent customer service and administrative support while maintaining a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate the clinic's calendar
- Provide accurate information about the services offered by the clinic
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out, ensuring all required documentation is completed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle payment processing and manage billing inquiries
- Support the clinic staff to facilitate a smooth patient experience
- Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and Urdu is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to manage appointments and maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with computer software and basic office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
