Job Title: Property Consultant (Commission-Based With no cold calling)
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Property Consultants to join our team on a commission basis. If you have a passion for real estate, enjoy working in a flexible environment, and thrive in a performance-driven role, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, including buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and build a network of potential clients.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends,
pricing, and developments.
- Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, and transaction processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling journey.
- Manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and developers to meet client demands.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A passion for real estate and a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple client relationships.
- Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED100,000.00 per month
