(Trainee) Sales Manager (Beauty Products-Dubai)
Do you have a commercial mindset and can you handle pressure well? If you are interested in working as a Sales Manager at our location in Dubai within an international trading environment for a number of years, then you've come to the right place! You will start at one of our locations in the Netherlands (Dordrecht or Delfzijl) and be mentored by a Senior Sales Manager. They will guide and train you, preparing you for an adventure in Dubai.
Reach your full potential as a (Trainee) Sales Manager
As our new Trainee Sales Manager, you'll hit the ground running. You'll learn to work with our systems, familiarize yourself with our beauty products, and get to know our other adventurers.
We'll teach you to sell our products with a good profit margin using the right strategy. Whether you have personal, digital, or phone contact with your customers, you always manage to persuade them to come on board with you.
We'll take a trip together to Dubai to meet the team there. This way, you can immediately gain market knowledge, get to know the team, and soak up some culture. After all, it will soon be your home!
After six months, we'll evaluate whether you're ready, and we'll assist you in finding accommodation and applying for the necessary documentation, so you can start in Dubai with peace of mind.

You're commercial, adventurous, and a real motivator. With your strong personality, you have no trouble engaging in discussions and can handle pressure well. Additionally, you like to take initiative and are often the driving force in a group. Whether you're on vacation or at work, you quickly connect with people, and building and maintaining relationships comes naturally to you.
You thrive best in a work environment where you have freedom and responsibility.
In addition, you:
- Have recently at least completed a bachelor’s in a commercial education
- Have gained approximately 1 year of experience in a commercial role, for example street sales or telemarketing
- Master both the Dutch and English language. An additional language is a plus.
