Our client, a prestigious and esteemed Royal Family, is seeking a talented Commis for Continental Cuisine to join their culinary team.
As a Commis, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-profile environment and contribute to the preparation of exquisite continental dishes.
Responsibilities include assisting the senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of a variety of hot continental dishes, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh, well-cooked, and prepared according to the royal family's preferences.
You will be expected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and follow the guidelines and instructions provided by the senior chefs.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for culinary excellence, attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of various continental cooking techniques and ingredients.
You should be able to work well under pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis for Continental Cuisine or a similar role in a high-end establishment
- Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques and ingredients

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Must be in UAE
Benefits
