Apt Resources is seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef specializing in hot kitchen operations for the Royal Family. This prestigious role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in food preparation and presentation.
In this role, you will prepare a diverse range of exquisite dishes adhering to the refined tastes and exacting standards of a royal environment.
This role demands exceptional culinary skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the protocols and professionalism required in a royal setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of hot dishes in line with the established menu
- Ensure that all food is prepared to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to innovate and adjust menu items as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure the availability of necessary ingredients
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations during food preparation and service
- Participate in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff, fostering a supportive learning environment
- Contribute to creating a memorable and exceptional culinary experience for the Royal Family
Requirements
- Prior experience or a minimum of 2-3 years in a Demi Chef role, specializing in Hot Kitchen operations
- Proven expertise in preparing hot dishes, preferably for high-profile clients or luxury settings
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills,
with the ability to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
- A culinary school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required
- Passion for culinary excellence, with a keen eye for detail and presentation
- Must be currently based in UAE
- Must have core knowledge on Multi-Cuisine
Benefits
The salary is AED 4,000-4,500 plus Accommodation, Food, and other benefits as per UAE labor Law.
