Our organization is into medical and health care service sectors. Hence we require candidates with the below-mentioned criteria:

Job Summary and Objectives (Responsibilities)

- Create the Clinics sales and marketing plan accordingly.
- Manage and supervise marketing and sales department including Sales team, Marketing team, and Digital Marketing.
- Manage digital Marketing and coordinate with agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs & gather feedback from customers.
- Identify the sales targets and achieve them.
- Promote the company's existing brands and introduce services to the market.
- Analyze Marketing and Sales budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures,





and ensure that the sales and marketing team meets their quotas and goals.
- Prepare sales and Marketing reports and conduct performance meetings.
- Follow up and work closely with the operation managers and clinic heads to achieve their targets.
- Increase market share and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, events, partnerships, networking, and social media.
- Conduct outdoor sales activities.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and partners.
- Business development activities – long-term sales plans.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales, team performance, and financial data.
- Ensure the quality of the services for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or events.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate, train,





and develop team members to achieve better results.
- Manage CRM System among Clinics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Education
