We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veneer Outdoor Salesman to join
solid background in outdoor sales with a focus on veneer products and possess 5 to
7 years of experience in the GCC region.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**:
- Drive outdoor sales activities for veneer products within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide comprehensive product information and guidance to clients to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the veneer industry.
- Provide feedback to the marketing department on market demands and potential growth areas.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients and internal staff.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**:
- Skillfully negotiate with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Close sales transactions efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Travel and Relationship Building**:
- Travel within the GCC region to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in networking activities.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in outdoor sales of veneer products in the GCC region.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
