- Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring objectives are met within budget and time constraints in the realm of software solutions implementation.
- ** Project Planning and Execution**: Lead the planning and implementation of project activities, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- ** Team Management and Leadership**: Manage and lead project teams, providing direction and support to team members. Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
- ** Client Liaison**:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through the successful delivery of projects. Communicate project progress and address any issues or concerns that arise.
- ** Technical Oversight**: Provide technical oversight and guidance on software solutions implementation, ensuring best practices are followed. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance project outcomes.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify and assess project risks, developing strategies to mitigate and manage risks effectively.
Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- ** Budget Management**: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized efficiently. Prepare financial reports and project evaluations for senior management.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
**Additional Information**
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- ** Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.**:
- Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing IT projects and teams.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
**Experience Requirements**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically focusing on software solutions implementation.
