_**Role & Responsibility**_
Responsible for welcoming guests and clients with top-notch customer service, acting as a first point of contact, coordinating all front-desk activities, and providing administrative support across the organization.
1) Greet and screen guests/ clients in a polite manner and with prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
2) Direct guest and clients appropriately to receiving areas and coordinate arrival to concerned department or personnel.
3) Establish rapport with guests and clients, assist with basic information required (e.g., office amenities), offer beverage and notify barista of the order.
4) Receive, screen and route calls professionally,
and accurately relay messages to concerned personnel or department. Maintain Master Telephone Directory in prescribed format for both internal & external business associates.
5) Ensure and maintain clean and fresh ambience at the reception and guest lounge. Report any irregularities and maintenance requirement to concerned personnel.
6) Prepare airway bills and maintain register of incoming courier documents, invoices, and other submissions. Stamp, record, and dispatch documents accordingly.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to copying, scanning, data entries, attendance registry and supply sourcing.
- **Education/Skill/Experiences**_
- Bachelor’s Degree is required. Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a GRO / GRE in a corporate environment or other related discipline.
- Strong interaction skills both written and verbal. English language is essential, Multilingual is an advantage.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
- Professional in demeanor and presentation.
- Effective Communication and Listening Skills with good Attention to Details.
- Ability to exercise good judgement with difficult guests or clients.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a multi-cultural team.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
