1. Responsible for maintaining day to day work as per the department's policy & procedures.

2. Provide support to senior department staff in various department projects.

3. Maintain hard copy & electronic filing system.

4. Collect & maintain inventory.

5. Setup and coordinate meeting & conferences.

6. Responsible of data entry & update of tracking system(s) of the section/unit activities.

7. Perform general Administrative tasks: coordination, follow up, feedback...etc to ensure daily work is performed completely & in a timely manner.

Prepare relevant reports as requested by supervisor.

10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

High School - No experience Required.
