**Job Description and Requirements**:
Our company is looking for a Female Tagalog Speaker Secretary cum Document Controller for our office in Ras Al Khor 2nd having minimum 1 year of experience. Fresher's in UAE are encourage to apply.
- Female Applicants only
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office platforms
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring organization and accessibility.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks and projects as needed.
