**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation & Digital Campaigns:
- Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and client acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize conversion rates and return on investment (ROI).
- Business Development Strategy:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through online channels, networking, and targeted outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Engage with prospective clients to present the firm's services and value propositions, creating customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Client Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and online conferences to network and generate new leads.
- Regularly follow up on potential leads, nurturing them into active business opportunities.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor activities within the audit and accounting sector.
- Provide insights to the management team on how to capitalize on market trends to drive business growth.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Present and pitch the firm’s services to potential clients, showcasing our expertise in audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and business development efforts using CRM tools.
- Report on KPIs related to lead generation, campaign success, and sales pipeline progress, providing recommendations for improvement.
**Key Requirements**:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing) are a plus.
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or business development, with a strong focus on campaign management.
- Experience in professional services, audit, accounting, or financial sectors is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation through digital channels.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead nurturing strategies, and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving business goals.
