Role Overview:*
- The primary role will involve onboarding brokers and scheduling meetings for the Sales Manager to discuss potential deals.

*Requirements:*
1. *Excellent Communication Skills:*
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to effectively convey ideas and information.
2. *Previous Real Estate Industry Business Development Experience:*
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Development within the Real Estate industry.
3. *Bilingual Speaker (preferred):*
- Proficiency in an additional language is a significant advantage.

*Driving License (mandatory):*
- A valid driving license is required.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
*Experience:*
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Onboard brokers and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Schedule meetings with brokers for the Sales Manager.
- Assist in the development of potential deals.
- Act as a liaison between the company and brokerage firms.
- Build and maintain a network of brokerage connections.
