This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Sobha Realty located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales goals, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data to forecast trends.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in sales within the real estate sector of the UAE.
- Outstanding abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
- Prior exposure to HNIs & Channel Partners.
**Minimum Experience Requirement**: 2 to 4 years.
**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
