Greetings!

We are looking for **House Manager cum Personal Assistant (Female)**

- Coordinate for domestic and international travel arrangements for the family, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Help with organizing tasks and errands for a smooth balance of professional and personal support
- Ensure all the operations are smooth to organize private events, gatherings, special occasions.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all supplies needed for events are delivered on time
- Act as a liaison between the employer and external parties, including business associates, family members, and household staff.






- Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance to ensure that the facility is well-kept at all times
- Maintain the inventory of all furnish and equipment’s in the house, including ordering replacements when needed
- Coordinate with staff members to ensure that all events run smoothly from start to finish
- Train other staff members
- Greet and care for guests and visitors.
- Schedule and oversee the projects such as home maintenance and repair work
- Communicate schedules with household staff like maids, drivers, cooks, gardeners, and security.
- Depending on the scope of the household, you need to oversee or manage other employees, such as maids, drivers, cooks, gardeners, security officers.
- Manage the household budget and control expenses.
- Coordinate logistics during visit to the Family’s holiday home
- Maintain the car renewals and passing of cars
- Purchase groceries, gifts, and other items for the employer.
- Keep things running smoothly in the employer's home

Experience: At least 2 Years UAE Experience as a House Manager.







**Salary - Up to AED 8000 + Food + Accommodation + Transport.**

**Location: Dubai, UAE**

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
