HR executive required for a reputable Homecare Company in **AL AIN**
This Role is responsible for providing HR and Administrative support
▪︎**Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience (required) within the UAE in same field**
- Recruitment and filtering CV's
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitor HR employees.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- ▪︎Excellent MS Office skills
- ▪︎Job-Type: Full-time
- Location: AL Ain
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
