URGENT

Job Title: Administrative Assistant / HR Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position performs a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and clerical work. The successful candidate will handle confidential and time-sensitive material, provide data entry and documentation, and be responsible for maintaining and improving office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports,





and presentations.
- Prepare the salary sheet on monthly basis and maintain the attendance data.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact between departments and external partners.
- Support the preparation and filing of reports and documentation for the team or executive leadership.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.






- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an office administrator or a secretarial certification are a plus.
