About Us:
We are an HR agency recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable healthcare provider in Dubai, seeking qualified Home Care Assistant Nurses with a DHA License to provide high-quality in-home patient care.
Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 12-hour shift with 1 day off per week
- Night Shift: 12-hour shift with 2 days off per week
Job Summary:
As a Home Care Registered Nurse, you will provide professional, high-standard medical care to patients in their homes. Your role will include assessing patients' health, administering treatments,
and collaborating with doctors and families to ensure the best care for each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' conditions and develop care plans.
- Administer medication, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories.
- Provide wound care, manage IV lines, and perform catheter care.
- Educate patients and families about ongoing care needs.
- Document and report any significant changes in patient conditions to the medical team.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients in their homes.
Requirements:
- Valid DHA License (mandatory)
- Must be on own visa
- Proven experience as a registered nurse, ideally in home care
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Availability for 12-hour shifts, including night shifts
- Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented
