**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will manage and support the sales team, identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The Assistant Sales Manager will also assist in developing sales strategies and analyzing market trends to optimize business growth.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the tourism and travel industry
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
