**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing the calendar.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Arrange and coordinate events, meetings,
and conferences for the CEO and other senior staff.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as directed by the CEO.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and the CEO's schedule runs smoothly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO to ensure the smooth running of the office.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, particularly supporting senior executives or management.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must have own visa (preferred for this role).
