Work closely with supervisors to ensure proper planning and scheduling of service and installation tasks for smooth workflow.
- Manage and oversee all technicians and their supervisors, ensuring efficient daily operations and task completion.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to supervisors and technicians to optimize team performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all teams are aligned with daily priorities and goals, adjusting as necessary to meet operational needs.
- Address any operational issues promptly to prevent delays and disruptions.
- Collaborate with the coordinator and storekeeper to ensure timely arrangement and availability of materials required for each job.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain stock for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of materials to minimize wastage and loss.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and material usage to upper management.
- Serve as the main point of contact between technicians, supervisors, and management, ensuring clear communication channels.
- Ensure that customer requirements and deadlines are met by coordinating between departments as necessary.
- Ensure that all operational activities adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and providing training when needed.
**Qualifications and Skills Required**:Valid UAE Driving license
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a service-oriented or technical field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Good understanding of inventory management and materials logistics.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with door automation systems or similar technical equipment is a plus.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
