5-7 years hands-on experience in supervising a high-end interior and joinery fit-out company.
- Health and safety requirements to be maintained at all times.
- Ability to read Joinery AutoCAD drawings and idenitfying materials and various finishes.
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
- Knowledge on material finishes, site finishing requirements, project and manpower planning and management.
- Ability for quick decision making and take ownership confidently.
- Ensure quality finishes of Joinery items.
- Good oral and written communication in English.
- Responsible for the supervision of all interior site works, including Labour force and quality control Supervisor for Fitout works.
- Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements and high attention to detail
- Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards.
- Should be able to work with a high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently
- Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management
License/Certification:
- UAE driving license (required)
