**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently coordinating communications and interactions among landlords, clients, agents, and third parties, using the company's data management system.
- Prepare and send professional property proposals to both landlords and prospective clients, showcasing available properties in an enticing manner.
- Review, enhance, and upload property advertisements on a variety of property portals, ensuring accurate and compelling listings.
- Possess a strong understanding of tenancy contracts and Ejaris (Trakheesi & Oqood System), effectively preparing and managing these documents in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Skillfully plan and schedule property viewings,





taking into account the preferences and schedules of prospective clients.
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of digital and social media marketing principles, contributing to our property marketing efforts in the digital realm.

**Qualifications**:

- Profound understanding of the real estate industry.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation acumen, and clear communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with relevant legal documentation, especially tenancy contracts and Ejaris systems.
- Proficiency in digital and social media marketing principles is a plus.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
