Fit Out / Architectural Draughtsman

Preparing drawings such as setting out plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal, and other related details ensuring accuracy and adherence to design.
- Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ, tender drawings, and specifications as instructed by the Design Coordinator/Manager.
- Coordination with mechanical, electrical, HVAC drawings, and other trades.
- Manage ongoing revisions and changes as per directions.
- Coordination & preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions.
- Prepare drawings for Authority approval submissions.
- Prepare As-built drawings and visit the site to take the As-built information.






- Manage and file drawings as per the company project folder system.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience with Fitout/Joinery company in UAE
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior
- Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD is a must, Revit/BIM knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
