**Responsibilities**:
As our Dental Clinic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Managing appointment schedules efficiently and coordinating with dental staff to optimize patient flow.
- Answering phone calls **in both Arabic and English**, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handling patient records and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Handle patient billing and payments.
- Translating documents as needed,





and providing language support to Arabic-speaking patients.
- Keen attention to detail to follow DHA guidelines.
- Process insurance approvals and submissions accurately and promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients.

**Requirements**:

- Arabic speaker with own valid visa
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 3,500 per month
