**EVS ** is a leading automotive services provider specializing in electric vehicles. We are committed to revolutionizing the automotive industry through innovation and sustainability. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Body Shop Manager **(Arabic Speaker)** to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the body shop facility.
- Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Coordinate repair processes to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control to meet customer expectations.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies.






- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and insurance companies.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive body repair, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- **Arabic Speaker is a must.**:

- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving operational targets.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive software systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
